Khuddaka Nikaya

The Khuddaka Nikaya contains the Short Discourses, between 15 and 18 books depending on the country of origin, thus each book is somewhat shorter than the other Nikayas. Scholars state that the Khuddaka Nikaya is the repository of both early and later texts that were not included within the other four larger Nikayas. The Theravadin Khuddaka is the only extant example of a Khuddaka (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khuddaka_Nikaya.)
